All maintenance requests must be submitted online through our tenant portal, except for emergency requests. If you have not activated your portal, you can get started below.
In the event of an emergency, such as a water leak, contact our office at 714-551-0482. For late night problems, there is an after-hours answering service that will connect you with your property manager.
Please fill your maintenance requests completely and in as much detail as possible. This allows our Property Managers to properly assess the situation and send assistance quickly.
