Mark began his career in Real Estate Sales in 1979, and quickly became a Top Producer and award winning agent. After serving as the Sales Manager for a leading Newport Beach firm, he became the President of Real Estate Establishment, Inc. in 1985. Mark also spent many years overseeing the Acquisitions Department for a Commercial Real Estate Developer; buying and selling commercial properties and assisting with the development of major shopping centers. Mark has extensive knowledge of investment strategies, development opportunities and the governmental permitting issues involved at all levels of the development phases. Mark’s residential property management portfolio continues to grow, and currently includes over 500 single family homes, condos, and multi-unit properties.
Joei Kraatz- Realtor/Vice President of Operations
Joei first teamed up with Mark Drenner in 1989. Her extensive background in Accounting, Marketing, Project Management, and Real Estate Sales has made her a vital part of the team. Her emphasis on Accounting allows her to successfully manage the financial aspects of each investment property. In addition, Joei handles Owner Relations, Marketing, and Real Estate Sales on behalf of Real Estate Establishment, Inc., along with Property Management issues including, large repair projects, City requirements and general office management issues.
Pete M. Kashinsky- Realtor/V.P. of Property Management Division
Pete is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton (PA). With a B.S. in International Relations and a Spanish minor, he is fluent in written and spoken Spanish. Pete joined the Real Estate Establishment, Inc. team in 2006 and quickly became one of the Top Leasing Agents in Orange County. As V.P. of the Property Management Division, Pete’s responsibilities include Supervising the Team of Property Managers, New Owner Accounts, Property Rehabilitation and Leasing, Tenant Relations, and Real Estate Sales. His current Property Management Portfolio includes properties in Southern and Central Orange County.
Mike Carroll- Realtor/Senior Property Manager
Mike became a member of the Real Estate Establishment, Inc. team in 2008, after many years of customer service management experience. As a Senior Property Manager, he is responsible for Leasing and Tenant Relations, as well as, overseeing properties and their day to day maintenance. His current Property Management Portfolio consists of units in Central and Northern Orange County Cities such as Anaheim, Orange, and Yorba Linda. Mike is an avid Angels Baseball fan and loves spending his free time with his children.
Matthew Drenner- Realtor/Vice President of Sales
Matthew is a graduate from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona with a B.S. in Psychology. In addition to Psychology, Matthew also earned a degree in Business Management in Golf Course Operations at the Golf Academy of America. Since 2013, Matthew has been helping clients, Buy, Sell, and Lease residential and commercial properties in Southern California. When he’s not working, Matthew is also a member of the Orange Rotary Club and lead organizer for the Dad’s club – a Villa Park/Orange based organization supporting several excellent causes throughout the area.
Ed was educated at Clarkson University and received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering. Upon graduation, Ed began a career in sales of capital equipment to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and purchased his first real estate investment property in 1973. Ed continued his career in sales and sales management and served as President of a computer service company for 27 years. During this time, Ed acquired investment properties and has participated in several joint ventures with Mark Drenner. Ed has also served on the Board of Directors of numerous private and non-profit corporations during his career. In addition to being a Real Estate Broker, he is licensed in California as an insurance Broker (DOI License # 0H86649) and President of R.E.E. Insurance Services, Inc. Ed’s primarily concentrates on residential and commercial Real Estate Sales.
Patty joined Real Estate Establishment, Inc. in 2015 as an administrative assistant. With hard work and determination, she was soon promoted to Property Manager. Patty comes to us with an extensive Customer Service Background from her past experience at a regional non-profit center for people with developmental disabilities. She is bi-lingual with proficiency in both Spanish and English, which is extremely important when working with tenants on a day to day basis. Patty’s current responsibilities include Leasing and Tenant Relations, as well as, overseeing properties and their day to day maintenance. Her current Property Management Portfolio consists of properties in Central and Northern Orange County including Garden Grove, Huntington Beach and Anaheim.
